Here are the actions we are taking at this time
FACE COVERING
Asking employees and customers to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth
We are asking all client's ages 3 and up to wear an appropriate face covering at all times during their appointment.
Client's are asked to bring their own masks.Using shields or barriers between clients and staff at reception
Providing personal protective equipment for employees, including gloves
TEMPERATURE SCREENING
Screening the health of our suppliers, employees, and clients
We are asking clients to undergo temperature screenings upon arrival; Temperature screening will take place
at client's car or or other designated area prior to entering the salon. Based on guidance from health authorities,
anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4F or above will be asked to reschedule their appointment.Screening workers for fever (over 100.4 degrees), cough, or shortness of breath
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Clients will be seen by appointment only
In order to limit the number of people in the salon clients are asked to arrive for appointments alone
Clients are asked to notify the salon of their arrival and remain in their car until contacted by salon staff
Refraining from physical contact and limit shared tools or spaces
CLEANING
Disinfecting common areas regularly including high-touch surfaces
Reducing store hours to increase cleaning
Providing disinfectant and sanitation products for workers to clean their workspace and equipment
HAND WASHING
We are asking clients to wash their hands upon arrival
Making hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, or soap and water readily available to employees and customers
Requiring use of dedicated gloves for employees
FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES
Encouraging high-risk individuals to follow CDC guidelines regarding exposure to COVID-19
Requiring workers who exhibit symptoms or illness to stay home or seek medical attention
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
Using technology solutions where possible to reduce person-to-person interaction
Encouraging non-cash payments and suspend use of PIN pads when possible
Clients are encouraged to use credit cards, debit cards, gift cards and mobile wallets-including
Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Google Pay and Samsung PayUsing curbside, delivery, or pick-up services where practical: Clients picking up products should
do so by appointment and contact salon staff upon arrival. Your purchases will be brought to your car or other designated area.
NO FOOD
At this time, we are restricting client and staff external food deliveries.
